Last night Malta drew against the British Futsal Side Middlesbrough. This was the first international friendly game for our coach Kevin Mifsud since taking over from Vic Hermans. Malta was leading 2 -1 in the half time but Middlesbrough managed to draw and then eventually take the lead in the second half. Malta managing to equalise a minute later. In the dying moments the Maltese coach tried restoring the lead using the flying keeper but the game finished in a draw.
Tonight Malta will be playing against the same side at Corradino Sports Pavillion, Paola at 7pm.
